What are the current opening hours?

When are the outdoor pools open?
The outdoor pools are usually open from May to September. Their operation also depends on current weather conditions.

Are all pools and attractions open?
The operation of individual areas may vary depending on the season, weather, maintenance or other operational reasons. We therefore recommend checking the latest information on our website before your visit.

Admission

What are the admission prices, and do you offer discounted admission for children, students, seniors or families?
Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and type of admission. We also offer discounted admission for selected groups of visitors as well as family tickets. You can always find the current prices and conditions in our valid price list. PRICE LIST

Do small children enter free of charge?
Yes, children up to 100 cm in height enter free of charge.

How does admission to the Sauna World work and how much does it cost?
Admission to the Sauna World can only be purchased in combination with admission to the thermal pools. You can find the current surcharge in our price list. PRICE LIST

Reservations and Capacity

Do I need to book my admission in advance?
Standard admission for individual visitors cannot be booked online. Reservations are available for organised groups of 20 people or more. GROUP RESERVATION FORM

How can I check the current capacity of the thermal park?
You can check the current capacity directly on the TERMÁLY LOSINY website in the top right-hand corner.

Can I leave the premises during my visit and then return?
No. Even if you purchase an all-day ticket, you cannot leave the premises and re-enter using the same ticket.

Pools and Thermal Water

What pools are available at TERMÁLY LOSINY?
The thermal park offers both indoor and outdoor pools for relaxation, active recreation and fun. There are also children’s pools and water attractions. You can find the current overview on the THERMAL POOLS page.

Is there thermal water in the pools?
Yes. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are filled with natural thermal water from the Žerotín spring, which rises from a depth of more than 1,000 metres.

What is the water temperature in the pools?
The temperature varies depending on the individual pool and is measured regularly throughout the day. You can find the current temperatures on our website in the information about each pool. THERMAL POOLS

Children

Is there a children’s pool?
Yes. There are both indoor and outdoor children’s pools, as well as additional water attractions for children.

Can we visit with a small child or a pushchair?
Yes. Facilities for families with small children include baby-changing tables and the option to purchase swim nappies. Children who normally wear nappies must wear a swim nappy when using the pools.

From what age can children enter the Sauna World?
The Sauna World is accessible to visitors aged 15 and over.

Do you organise programmes or events for children?
During selected periods, we organise programmes and activities for children. We recommend checking the current programme in our EVENT CALENDAR.

Sauna World

What types of saunas do you offer?
The Sauna World offers four types of saunas as well as additional relaxation facilities. You can find current information about the individual saunas on our website.
SAUNA WORLD

Do I need to reserve admission to the Sauna World?
The Sauna World is available as part of your visit to the thermal park and admission is purchased as a surcharge to your pool ticket. Advance reservations are not available.

Massages

Do you offer massages?
Yes. The thermal park offers both classic and Javanese massages. You can find the current selection and prices on the MASSAGE PRICE LIST page. Massages can only be used in combination with admission to the thermal park.

Can I book a massage in advance?
Massage bookings and appointment times are arranged in person at the wellness reception on the first floor of the thermal park. Massages cannot be booked in advance.

Restaurant and Refreshments

Is there a restaurant or refreshments available on the premises?
Yes. There is a self-service restaurant in the thermal park, as well as additional seasonal refreshment options. You can find the current restaurant opening hours on the OPENING HOURS page.

What to Bring

What should I bring with me to the thermal park?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel or bath towel, a bathrobe, rubber footwear and standard toiletries. Many items can also be purchased or rented on site. For children, we recommend swim nappies and suitable swimming aids. Please also note that silver jewellery may turn black when exposed to sulphur-rich thermal water.

Parking and Payments

Is there parking at the thermal park and how much does it cost?
Yes. A designated car park is available for visitors to the thermal park. You can find the current parking fee and an overview of additional parking options on the PARKING page.

Can I pay by card at the thermal park?
Yes.

Accessibility

Can visitors with reduced mobility visit the thermal park?
Yes.

Is there a pool lift available for entering the water?
Yes. A pool lift is available at the lifeguard station.

Gift Vouchers and Season Passes

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. You can choose either a value voucher or a voucher for a specific type of admission. Vouchers can be ordered and paid for online. You can find the current selection and conditions on the GIFT VOUCHERS page.

How can I purchase and receive a gift voucher?
Vouchers can be ordered online. Depending on the selected option, they can be delivered by email, sent by post or collected in person.

Do you sell season passes?
Yes. Discounted SEASON PASSES are available for visitors who wish to visit the thermal park regularly.

Accommodation and Day Apartments

Is it possible to stay overnight directly in the thermal park?
Day apartments are available directly on the premises during the summer season, but they are not intended for overnight stays. For regular accommodation, visitors can use the accommodation facilities of TERMÁLNÍ LÁZNĚ Velké Losiny.

What are the day apartments and how are they equipped?
During the summer season, the day apartments provide private facilities close to the outdoor pools. They include an entrance hall, bathroom, living room and kitchenette with basic equipment. The apartments are intended for daytime use only. DAY APARTMENTS

Groups and Schools

Do you accept organised groups and school groups?
Yes. Organised groups of 20 people or more can make a reservation and benefit from discounted admission. We also offer special conditions for school groups of 20 people or more. GROUP RESERVATION FORM

What is the price for groups?
The current group discount is 15%, while school groups receive a 20% discount.
