Can I book an appointment in advance?

We do not currently allow online booking for individuals. For groups of over 20 people, please fill out the web form here.

Do you currently have saunas open?

Are the outdoor pools open?

In the summer season you can enjoy swimming in 4 outdoor pools. Water attractions such as a water slide, an umbrella, spouts, precision jets and hydro-massage seats and loungers will serve you for fun and relaxation.

Is it possible to leave the area during the day and return to the Thermal Baths on the same day?

If you purchase a full day pass, you cannot leave the premises during your visit.

Since when are the outdoor pools open?

The outdoor pools are open during the summer season from May to September (depending on the weather).

Is it possible to buy season tickets for the thermal park?

If you are a lover of relaxation and want to enjoy your visit to the thermal park several times in a row, we have prepared discounted season tickets for you.

Is it possible to stay in the thermal park?

The thermal park has day apartments available in the summer season, which cannot be rented overnight. The buildings of the Thermal Spa Velké Losiny are used for accommodation.

What are the facilities of the day apartments?

The apartments are located in close proximity to the outdoor pools and have an entrance hall, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. A kettle, portable cot, microwave or sofa are also available.

Is it possible to book a massage in advance?

Booking and timing of massages is only possible in person at the wellness reception on the 1st floor.

What is the water temperature in the pools?

The water in the individual thermal pools is measured several times a day. You can find the water temperature on the website under the "More information" icon here.

Is it possible to purchase a gift voucher from you?

Is the restaurant open?

There is a self-service restaurant which is open during all opening hours. Fruit and vegetable salads, desserts, fast food and ready meals are waiting for you. The drinks menu includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
